The PBIS Framework develops practices to prevent problem behavior and to teach and reinforce expected behaviors consistently across school settings.  It is a proactive approach  to improve student behavior rather than a reactive one.   We teach and model for students exactly how we want them to behave and intervene promptly while providing opportunities for student reflection and adjustments. Students' positive behaviors are encouraged and reinforced through a reward system.
